Allergen labeling

The identification of 14 major allergens in accordance with the legal requirements (EU Food Regulation 1169/2011). In addition, there are other substances that can cause food allergies or intolerances.

The inclusion of allergens occurs when the substances referred to, or products thereof, are included as an ingredient in the final product.

Despite careful preparation of our dishes, in addition to the marked ingredients and traces of other substances may be included, which are used in the production process of the kitchen.
